NextCrew offers a native mobile app that allows providers to manage their documents. All document types are configurable by company.
Although it is beneficial for companies to have a schedule in the system, many times facilies schedule providers directl. In that case, providers can create their own shift for approved facilities and clock-in and out.
Based on the configuration, clients of staffing companies can have job management capabilities using our drag-and-drop calendar. Clients can also approve timesheets and add reviews for a provider once work has been performed.
How do I?
We use our propritary electronic document management system that allows us to send out onboarding documents based on different workflows. We can customize your document packages and triggers to send them. Once they are completed, we change the HR status
for that individual so that you can review and sign. You can also track how long it's taking someone to complete a package.
Using our permission module, you can control who can view which screens and data. This can be configured by office locations, groups or individual users.
Our implementation process starts with discovery where we understand your entire process and vision. Our implementation team works with the team lead on formalizing processes and a training schedule. After each training session we provide an assignment
to complete. While the training is conducted we also work on configuring onboarding documents and importing your data. Once the system is live we schedule weekly calls to support Q & A.
NextCrew allows you to comunicate with your crew members in multiple ways. Stafffing coordinators can send out messages by group, individuals, office location and other custom criterias. All messages are sent via email, mobile app and SMS. SMS messages
are sent using email gateway and there is no cost to you. In order for crew members to review, SMS messages are sent to only those crew members who have opted in.
We offer an open API that allows you to connect to other systems. We also support integration with Zapier which allows you to connect with hundereds of system without writing a single line of code.
